Update a person's personal data

This endpoint updates information about an existing person_id on the Netspend platform.

Notes:

The encrypted_data body parameter contains Personally Identifiable Information (PII) such as date_of_birth or government_id.
The Know Your Customer (KYC) information within the encrypted_data body parameter can only be changed if the person's kyc_status is set to unchecked.
For all other KYC statuses, providing a different date_of_birth or government_id will cause this request to fail.
If sufficient data is provided in the request, then the server will perform an OFAC and/or KYC verification.
A failed OFAC or KYC check will not cause this request to fail.
