Introduction

Netspend provides Agreements as an optional, configurable feature for you if you want to make use of agreement acceptance as part of the onboarding process for your end users. Once configured, you can use the Agreements endpoints to present and record acceptance of agreements like privacy, terms, or electronic signature (ESign). For more details on agreements in customer onboarding, see Customer Onboarding->Accepting Agreements.

It is important to note that the configuration of agreements for a person is tied to and driven by the creation context for an account that a person belongs to. More information about accounts and people can be found in Account Overview and People.
